A get-together for playwrights seeking to have new scenes and plays read out loud by local actors, and local actors looking for a chance to cold-read!
LOCAL PLAYWRIGHTS AND ACTORS UNITE! Are you a budding playwright? Are you an actor looking to hone your skills? Theatre by the Bay presents The Barrie Theatre Lab. Readings are followed by a quick discussion about the work, sending the playwright away with new inspiration and notes for their script. This monthly event is also open to the community to come together, talk about theatre and network, everyone is welcome.
