À propos
Ogichidaa means Warrior in Anishinaabemowin. Join podcast producer Samantha Loney for a special reading of My Little Ogichidaa by Willie Poll.
As children listen to the story, they will be asked to think about what type of future they would like for the next generation of Indigenous youth. They will illustrate their ideas in a 'belly' of an Indigenous mother and share their ideas with each other.
This event is suitable for children aged 4 - 12. (Parents must accompany children and stay for the entire event.)
Snacks and gifts will be provided to all participants.
