À propos
Inspired by Washington Square Park in New York City, where music, art, and culture converged in one place, we have assembled a dream team of Winnipeg's dopest artists, musicians, writers, and drag queens to gather under the train tracks at Stephen Juba Park for the Love-In Music and Art Cypher.
But this is more than just a cypher; this is an opportunity to discuss mental health awareness as a part of our Love Notes Campaign - which uses art and community to celebrate how we can "heal loudly...together.
Come step into the circle to answer the eternal question: What is Love?
Love Is Art
Love Is Music
Love Is Movement
Love is Dance
Love is Drag
Love is Poetry
Love is Film
Love is Community
We invite Winnipeggers to create their own Love Notes that will be delivered as part of the Love Bomb on World Mental Health Day in October.

The Love Notes Campaign
The Love Notes Campaign transforms public spaces into canvasses of compassion, using positive affirmations to elevate mental health awareness in Winnipeg and throughout Manitoba. Our campaign runs each year from Canada's Mental Health Week in May to World Mental Health Day in October. Our vision is to use creativity, connection, collaboration, and community to help every Manitoban Heal Loudly...Together.
In the months leading up to World Mental Health Day, the Love Notes Campaign will align with arts and nonprofit organizations to host “Love-Ins,“ where people can come and contribute words of affirmation and artwork that will be delivered during the Love Bomb. Again, our goal is to have representation from organizations from across the city.
Our Love Notes Challenge from July 1-15, encourages Manitobans to send words of love and affirmation to each other. Similar to other awareness challenges, each post will challenge three friends, while raising funds for the Love Notes.
Our partners in the Love Notes Campaign are CMHA - Manitoba and Winnipeg and Art City.
