À propos

Talia McManus is an abstract intuitive artist that lives in Delta and makes expressive acrylic paintings. She focuses on the inner mental and emotional health journey of women because she believes inner healing and transformation is found in art. By creating work that taps into thoughts, feelings, and sensations, she is able to explore how these very human states can be illustrated on a canvas. Utilizing line, color, and texture, various moods and ways of being are explored like self-doubt, peace, anxiety, and calmness. In this online recording, Talia walks you through her process from identifying a feeling or thought to translating it to the canvas, and she invites you to do your own inner creative exploration at the same time.

Talia McManus Art

Talia McManus is an abstract contemporary artist that uses expressive processes to tap into the human experience. Her goal with her work is to reflect the daily conditions of the human spirit while also raising questions of how can we do better as a society. She emphasizes exploration and experimentation in her practice, and looks at how can art transform how we see ourselves and in society. She brings these aspects into her very exclusive teaching experiences she offers for a small amount of youth students.
