Our SCC Gallery exhibition will be Perspectives, featuring work by Ron Cooley, Roxanne Enns, Arbie Kepler, Elisabeth Miller, Robert Miller, and Mark Wells.

We all have different perspectives on the world, on relationships, on work, and on art. Our perspective is coloured by our experiences, our education, and our values. How does that difference arise? This exhibition is based on 5-6 original pieces of art that were chosen by this collection of artists. Each artist will then reinterpret that art from their own experiences and in their own medium, including fused glass, ceramics, metal sculpture, silver jewelry, and photography. The results will show how perspectives influence the way we create and interpret art. What is your perspective?

The Saskatchewan Craft Council is a non-profit organization that represents and supports over 300 craft artisans in Saskatchewan through community, programming, and promotion. Located in Saskatoon, SK in the heart of the Broadway arts district, the SCC is a gallery space that shows six exhibitions a year. Its distinctive gallery gift shop and online store offers the handmade work of over 100 juried craftspeople from the province.
