Youth will be taught how to tack and bead, making their own 'Every Child Matters' pins to mark the significance and history of National Day For Truth and Reconciliation its impact on the survivors, on the lost children and on their families.
Cheyenne Auger , a beadwork artist and educator of Cree heritage from Tallcree Nation will teach youth how to make 'Every Child Matters' pins to wear in honour of National Day For Truth and Reconciliation and share stories of significance, symbolism and history.
