À propos
Angela Morrow, an artist and educator of Cree-Metis-Stoney (Nakoda) heritage from Poundmaker Cree Nation, will share the technique of Aboriginal Dot Art Inspired by Cree and Metis beadwork designs.
Each dot of paint represents a bead, and Angela will guide children in this interactive cultural art activity while sharing stories of her culture. Created in a relaxed atmosphere. Children will engage in new ways of creating art and learn appreciation of Indigenous art skills and symbols and take home their very own piece of dot art!
