“Activate Central Park”
A simple temporary "urban lighting installation” seeking to create community and inspire happiness in public space. The emergence of concerns about human well-being and users’ experience raises awareness on socio-cultural aspects of light. Interventions in lighting question the development at the local level, the will to understand and integrate the points of view of populations and those who really live at night. This questioning invites to rediscover night-time city function.” Artbeat Studio partners with Ombrages Architectural and Urban Lighting, Nadi Design, Central Neighbourhoods Winnipeg, West End Biz, and Knox United Church to provide an amazing inner city experience.
