September 2020 is Month of the Artist, to engage with our local artist population we are hosting 2 hours of professional development for artists. Artists will be invited to learn how to use social media effectively to promote or even sell their work. We will be bringing in industry professional, Daphne Cote, to take artists through the nuances of various social media platforms.

The Multicultural Heritage Centre has been preserving and promoting the history of Stony Plain for over 40 years. We seek to engage local residents, businesses, governments, community organizations, and visitors as we record, promote and celebrate the agricultural heritage, regional cultural roots, and history of the Town of Stony Plain, the City of Spruce Grove and Parkland County.
