À propos
The UHC will be doing a live Q&A on our social media platforms to answer any questions the public might have about the UHC. Wonder what our silliest artifact is? Largest artifact? Our Curator's favourite exhibition? How the curator's take care of textile items? Be sure to drop your questions via our Instagram or Facebook (links below).
Through this event, the public will learn what the UHC does and gain an understanding of how sites of cultural heritage are conserved. They may also learn how the historic value of buildings or objects are shared for the understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment for present and future generations.

Organisateur
Uxbridge Historical Centre
Established in 1972, the Uxbridge Historical Centre (UHC) preserves the history and heritage of the Township of Uxbridge. Located on a 5-acre site that overlooks the beautiful Uxbridge Valley and Oak Ridges Moraine, the UHC consists of 10 buildings and more than 10,000 artifacts and 6,000 archives.
The UHC connects today's audiences with the rich heritage of Uxbridge Township through the collection, preservation, interpretation and display of artifacts, documents and photographs, and related programming that illustrate the history of the Uxbridge area and the former Townships of Uxbridge and Scott.
The UHC is a heritage leader and important community resource, providing engaging exhibitions, workshops and other programs that explore and share the history of the Uxbridge area with diverse audiences.
