The Pembina Hills arts Council is planning a special, community-wide art project in partnership with Culture Days Manitoba. From now until October 4th, we’re inviting members of the community to make their own DIY lantern, using either a paper bag or a 2ltr soda bottle. Our goal is to collect 100 or more homemade lanterns and hang them together outside the gallery by the sun-catch patio on October 6th as a celebration of the many bright lights that come together to make the Pembina Valley region shine.
