As we get older our needs may change, but our passion and love of dance and fitness doesn't have to! Join our instructors for mini sessions of Ballet, Tap, Pound! Fitness and Yoga; just some of the many class styles we offer at our Adult only Studio. No experience necessary, just a willingness to try! Each class is 45 mins, feel free to try all of them or just one. [For tap: indoor, non marking, hard soled shoes will work].

We are Kelowna’s ONLY Adult Dance Studio for ages 17+. We are a collaborative space, offering a studio for dance, fitness, rehearsals and other arts projects. As an adult focused space we offer both pre-registered and punch pass [drop in] class options, at a beginner/intermediate, level to suit every lifestyle.
