À propos
We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather and dance is the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and the QayQayt First Nation Nations.
Our dance season runs every year from May until September. Sadly, this year’s season was canceled due to Covid19. With the new reality in mind, we created the 2020 Virtual dance season project, a series of short performances around Metro Vancouver.
This year, we would like to dedicate our 2020 Virtual Dance season to women around the world who promote arts, especially Dance and who have been affected by Covid19 in any way. We recognize that our culture and traditions have been continued and nurtured by women over the centuries.
