Come and learn from a classy clown. Puff the Clown will give a makeup demonstration and talk about the origin of clowning. Then, students will get a chance to make interesting and unique balloon figure by balloon twisting!

The Flin Flon Arts Council is an organization with a mandate to support art in northern Manitoba and Northern Manitoban artists and art initiatives.
