À propos

The Thunder Bay Art Gallery will be offering a unique opportunity to heighten visitors' senses and expand understanding of art through our Gallery for the Senses interactive station.

At Galleries you are often told "DO NOT TOUCH" because we have an important role in preserving and keeping art safe. But what if you could touch? Why stop at touch? What if you could smell and listen to art too? Stop by and visit our Gallery for the Senses interactive station which includes a special selection of touchable materials that have been used in the making of the artworks on display. Gain a fresh perspective on the sensory qualities of various materials and processes of making art.
