Celebrate Culture Days at the Market with some exciting singing and dancing with Penny Pom Pom! Join us in our Waterfront Plaza for an entertaining time with Penny, who represents the artistic child that lives inside us all. She encourages the young and reminds the old how to use their imaginations and believe in their abilities. There will be a great performance with singing involved so the whole family can enjoy!
You can catch Penny from 12:30-1:15 PM on the Waterfront Plaza, Saturday, September 28th, 2019.
