The NVMA is proud to present the GeoCache Adventure of Shaketown, a digital spin on the BC Culture Day's walking tour we've done in previous years.
Created with the Geocaching Adventure Lab app, this self-guided tour begins and ends at the Archives of North Vancouver (3203 Institute Road) and will take you past several historical buildings and sculptures in the process. With skill-testing questions at each location, it is certain to be an educational and entertaining experience.
To get started, simply download the Geocaching Adventure Lab app to your smartphone and find the 'Shaketown Walking Tour' on the map or on the list of provided adventures in the top-right corner.

The North Vancouver Museum and Archives (NVMA) is a shared partner agency of the City and District of North Vancouver.
NVMA operates both the new Museum of North Vancouver scheduled to open in Lower Lonsdale in 2021 and the Archives of North Vancouver located in Lynn Valley. In addition to the two physical visitor centres, NVMA supports several other online/offsite experiences for the public to engage with and learn about the past, present and future stories of North Vancouver.
