Directions: Richmond Cultural Centre and Richmond Cultural Centre Annex are located in Minoru Park near the corner of Granville Avenue and Minoru Boulevard, close to major bus routes and within walking distance of the Canada Line Richmond-Brighouse station. The community facility includes a covered parkade with free 3-hour parking as well as bicycle racks near the entry areas.

Don't miss your chance to see our local acts perform before they become famous! The public is invited to join us at outdoors at the Richmond Cultural Centre Annex as we hold a concert culminating our summer Youth Battle of the Bands project. Come out and see emerging youth artists showcase the skills and talents they have built over the summer. This event is free to attend. Please feel encouraged to bring a blanket, a water bottle, and snacks!

We are part of the City of Richmond’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Department within the Community Services Division.
Our team consists of the Richmond Arts Centre, Richmond Art Gallery Richmond Cultural Centre, Richmond Public Art and Community Cultural Development.
The Richmond Media Lab operates the Richmond Youth Media Program (RYMP), a free referral-based program for youth, presented in partnership with Richmond Addiction Services Society (RASS) and supported by the Vancouver Coastal Health Sharon Martin Community Health (SMART) Fund. Participants learn media literacy skills that are relevant to their interests in a supportive environment that includes drop-in times (to work independently) as well as structured skill-building sessions.
