Get your hands dirty as you create a unique plasticine painting! A skilled facilitator will lead the group through a mindful artistic process step-by-step so that participants can make their version of a plasticine painting. We encourage moments where you can add your own artistic flair to the piece that you create. No two are ever the same!
No prior skill is needed for you to participate in these events. The workshops are designed to open your creativity and they present an opportunity to destress, practice mindfulness and briefly get away from your normal day to day experiences.
