Come by the Forum Art Centre and Coronation Park to see an animated sound installation called 'Night Owls' created by James Culleton and Michael Koch-Schulte. The plight of birds. Bird populations are in decline in North America. Some estimates say we’ve lost a billion birds since 1976. While nature often takes millennia to adapt to changing conditions, we as humans have the ability to adapt rapidly. We also have a responsibility to react to adverse changes when our ecosystems are threatened. We want to explore the idea that society has the ability to adapt to the needs of birds more than they can adapt to us.

This event is free.
