Nuit Blanche Winnipeg

Nuit Blanche, meaning “a sleepless night,” is a free evening exploration and celebration of contemporary art that takes place from dusk until late during Culture Days. All of the events and exhibits are spread across St. Boniface, Downtown, The Forks, the Exchange District, and the West End. Nuit Blanche Winnipeg is produced by Culture Days Manitoba and the Manitoba Arts Council.

This year, Nuit Blanche Winnipeg is expanding from a single-evening event to a month-long exploration that you can visit at any point throughout the run of Culture Days. Our “Illuminate the Night” program offers projects set up in window displays for audiences to walk, roll, or bike by any evening from September 24 to October 24.

Independent artists, organizations, and businesses have created exciting programs for this multi-night contemporary art event, and many will take place outdoors. Curate your own self-guided art experience by visiting our NBW Hub.

Join us as we celebrate a smaller, more accessible approach to Nuit Blanche Winnipeg in 2021.
