Dauphin's Culture Days is a series of events that showcase the diverse love of the arts in our city. Our signature event is Yardfringe, the bike convoy that roams through the city to backyards and discovers the creative impulse that fuels our neighbours and friends. This year we are celebrating 10 years of Yardfringe!
