Located in the Sisnett Lobby of the Cultural Centre at 9 Church Street Georgetown, our opening event on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, from 10 am to 1 pm, promises an inspiring experience for all who attend. Hosted by the Bird Friendly Halton Hills team, "Art for the Birds" is more than just an art show – it's a platform to advocate for bird conservation and promote harmonious coexistence.

Discover the beauty, diversity, and majesty of Halton Hills' birds through various artistic mediums and immerse yourself in their world. Through the artwork on display, we hope to inspire deeper connections and appreciation for these incredible creatures. Bird Friendly Halton Hills

Bird Friendly Halton Hills is a grassroots group of individuals united in the mission to effectively mitigate key threats to birds, restore nature, and enable native bird populations to thrive. We actively engage residents, collaborate with organizations, and advocate for progressive municipal policies aimed at safeguarding urban bird populations. Through these efforts, we inspire collective action to foster a more bird-friendly community.
