About
Join us in the Helson Gallery to meet the many artists on display and celebrate this spectacular exhibit, Art for the Birds. Learn about Anishinaabe bird names and listen to an informative talk from Creators Garden.
In partnership with Bird Friendly Halton Hills, Art for the Birds presents the artistic talent of local artists while raising awareness of birds in the Halton Hills area. Bird subjects include both resident and migratory birds that can be found in the local area. This year’s show coincides with Round 2 of voting for the Town of Halton Hills' official bird and will spotlight the 3 finalists as voted by the community; the Eastern Screech Owl, the Great Blue Heron, and the Northern Cardinal.
