Author Cody Groat will speak about his newly published book "Always a Part of the Land: the Federal Commemoration of Indigenous Histories". Groat looks at how the cultivation of a nationalist narrative has shaped Canada's federal relationship with Indigenous Peoples. There will be a time for questions following the presentation.
