About
Karen is an artist of the Bancroft Area Studio. Tour is September 21-22, 28-29 , 10am to 5pm each day.
Sunday sept 29 from 10 to 12 there will be demonstrations of how to create a small fused glass piece, from design to being ready for firing.
Karen works with fused and stained glass, capturing the light reflecting upon the skies, forests and waterways of North Hastings. Inspiration comes from the landscape, captured by camera and interpreted in glass.
The glass takes the form of window hangings, wall hangings and stand alone pieces for shelf and window ledges. Purchases available for home or cottage or just attend to view the glass work available and meet the artist.

The studio tour is a yearly event for Bancroft and Area. You can visit the studios of various artists and also experience the region itself. Forests and waterways offer views of beautiful landscapes.
