About

The Red Deer Arts Council and the Central Alberta Retired Teachers’ Association present a pop-up gallery show of original artwork. Live artist demonstrations and a kids’ art activity with an artist/teacher will highlight this event.

This event is happening in collaboration with Country Pride Dance Club's Celebration of Dance, the Red Deer Cultural Heritage Society's Culture Showcase and many more events all happening at Red Deer's new Culture Services building at 5205 48 Avenue! Outdoors if the weather cooperates, inside if not!

The Red Deer Arts Council Mission is: To make Red Deer a better community by stimulating, developing, and promoting the arts through education, advocacy, and programming.

We operate and curate the Kiwanis Art Gallery inside the Red Deer Public Library and we are a multi-disciplinary arts service organization serving over 150 artist members and organizations in our community, creating opportunities for literary, visual and performing artists.

Central Alberta Retired Teachers Association's promotes fellowship and life long learning among retired teachers.
