Don’t miss your chance to sing along to the great opera choruses with City Opera Vancouver. Everyone is welcome, from novice to accomplished singer. Join our professionally trained opera singers in this collaborative music-making experience with projected lyrics, vocal warmups, and selections from such well-known operas as Nabucco, Traviata, and more. Group singing has a positive effect on mood and well-being, so bring your family, friends, or just yourself to reap the benefits, create memories, and unleash your inner opera diva! It's like singing in the shower, but without the water.

This January, City Opera will present THE BERLIN PROJECT, an innovative chamber opera production offering a collage of opera, jazz, and cabaret from the era and culture of the Weimar Republic (1919 – 1933), all presented in a cabaret setting at Performance Works on Granville Island. It will go up in the third week of January 2020.
