About
Celebrate Culture Days by participating in a Ballet Core Fusion class which uses Pilates, ballet, yoga, and elements of barre to target muscles using small isometric movements. Classes may be taught with Ballet Bars, centre floor, or with chairs for support. This is a free opportunity but please pre-register. Space is limited.
