About
In this comprehensive artist demonstration, Angela Tahara will show you everything you need to know to start painting with this inspiring medium. Encaustic is beeswax, tree sap, and colour, applied with heat and is incredibly versatile. This is an introductory demonstration suitable for both serious artists, as well as those who are just curious about this artistic medium. This demonstration will consist of an in-depth demonstration explaining the full process, history of the medium, tools required, and creative process. Following the demonstration participants will have a chance to ask questions and provide comments to the artist.
