Join Stephanie Blundell, whose artistic journey is inspired by her grandfather's rag-and-bone collecting and childhood visits to the local dump, for a workshop that transforms everyday objects into meaningful artworks. Participants will explore the beauty in discarded items and celebrate imperfection by crafting wall sculptures from old book covers and found materials like rusted metals and fabric scraps. This workshop encourages a unique perspective on art, focusing on the textures and forms of everyday objects.

Materials include watercolor, old book covers, and found objects such as worn bike brake pads, tin can lids, dried flowers, and textile scraps. Participants are encouraged to bring their own found items or use provided materials to create their sculptures.

What to Expect:

- Explore photographs, rusted metals, textile scraps, and everyday items, reflecting on their stories and textures.

- Reimagine these materials to add depth and texture to your artworks.

- Embrace the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, finding beauty in imperfection and the passage of time.
