About
WATER WORLD ARTSFEST in Gimli will be a celebration of artworks done by Artists of the Lake, a group of artists who live on or near Lake Winnipeg. The theme is Living near water and artists can apply this to any experience they may have with water. All mediums and sizes are acceptable.
We will also have live demonstrations of art practices.

We are a group of Interlake artists who live on or near Lake Winnipeg. We are part of a distinct culture that is heavily influenced by the lake. Because of its size, Lake Winnipeg is like an ocean and its presence permeates our lives, from weather to activities summer and winter. The influx of visitors provides exposure to diverse ethnic groups and this in turn expands our vision and influences the Art we make
