Make a colourful puppet based on a character from the popular children's book, "We Are Colourful Friends," with local Richmond Hill author/illustrator Josephine Vaccaro-Chang. Josephine was awarded the "Best Richmond Hill Author 2018" title by the readers of The Liberal.
