Join us for movie night at the historic Village Playhouse in Bancroft. The Village Playhouse is the cultural jewel of North Hastings. With 194 seats, located in the heart of downtown Bancroft's ‘Theatre District’, it has a rich history of live theatre and music. With the addition of screening technology, TIFF movie nights have become a regular addition to programming.

Buskers will greet you on the porch at 5:30pm, movie starts at 7:00pm. Entry is free, donations are welcome, refreshments available for purchase.

The Bancroft Village Playhouse has been operated by Tweed & Company Theatre since January 2022, and is a vibrant and important part of their mandate and programming.
