About

This is a guided and silent meditation class for you to experience peace in your mind and get rid from anxiety. This meditation event is catered to those who like to develop mindfulness, reduce work stress and foster a peaceful mind.

Don’t be nervous if you’ve never been to a monastery or meditation class before. These meditation classes are the perfect way to learn how and why to meditate in the way the Buddha taught.

Classes are a mix of instructions and guided meditations. We have plenty of chairs and cushions. There's no need to register, so join us here in Halton Hills!

The Buddha Meditation Centre of Halton is a place for you to learn and practice the authentic teachings of the Buddha right here in Halton Hills. We are a part of the ancient Theravada Buddhist Tradition which began 2600 years ago. We provide a variety of activities and meditation classes for both Buddhists and non-Buddhists who are interested in Buddhism and Theravada Buddhist Meditation.
