Directions: Parking may be limited in the Library Parking Lot. However, there are 81 parking spaces in the municipal lot next to the Library and more than 862 spaces available within 250 metres.

Learn how-to find a variety of birds right in downtown Orillia. Avid birdwatcher, Dave Giannunzio, will guide you on a small adventure in birding!

Orillia Public Library

The Orillia Public Library is a fully accessible community and cultural hub in the downtown, providing free access to books, magazines, DVDs, downloadable resources, and Internet access. Community members are welcome to participate in a wide variety of programs and events, including storytimes, technology learning opportunities, classes for seniors, and programs for children, teens, and adults ranging in topics from art and trivia to yoga, bookclubs and more. We also house a large collection of print material and photos documenting Orillia’s storied past available for use in our Local History Room.
