About
Please join Kingston WritersFest for this special, free community event in honour of the late poet, author, and musician Steven Heighton. Featuring a reading performance by a Poetry In Voice National Finals winner Lauren Altomare, we’ll then open the stage for others to recite their work and take a moment to reflect on Steve’s legacy in the Kingston and Canadian literary landscapes.
The event will take place on October 2nd from 1pm to 2pm at the Four Points by Sheraton Ballroom Kingston, Ontario. There will also be a Zoom option with closed-captioning to those who feel ill or are unable to join in-person.
