Are you trying to cut down on the amount of sugar in your diet? Please join Nutritionist, Alisa Herriman, of Nutrinity Health, as she discusses the benefits of a sugar detox, and how to do it! (Please note: Space is limited.)

Orillia Public Library

The Orillia Public Library is a fully accessible community and cultural hub in the downtown, providing free access to books, magazines, DVDs, downloadable resources, and Internet access. Community members are welcome to participate in a wide variety of programs and events, including storytimes, technology learning opportunities, classes for seniors, and programs for children, teens, and adults ranging in topics from art and trivia to yoga, bookclubs and more. We also house a large collection of print material and photos documenting Orillia’s storied past available for use in our Local History Room.
