With arts, culture and heritage being of such importance to our city's livability, we have developed our culture plan with the core vision to: break down barriers to cultural activities and engagement at the city and within the community; identify opportunities and bring ideas, people, and resources together to help make great things happen; encourage creativity and creative expression in all areas of community life.
