About

Ballet Kelowna presents Launch, a one hours informal show that provides a glimpse into the Company's daily training, rehearsals, and choreographic process. Hosted by Artistic Director and CEO, Simone Orlando, this year's Launch will feature excerpts of works being prepared for Ballet Kelowna's 2021/22 season.

The event is free to attend, with donations gratefully accepted. Reservations are strongly encouraged due to limited capacity seating. Ticket holders are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the showtime or their seats may be released to walk-in patrons.

The Rotary Centre for the Arts continues to closely monitor and follow all BC Provincial Health Orders. As announced by the Province of BC on August 23, 2021, we will be asking all patrons entering the Mary Irwin Theatre for proof of both doses of the vaccine for this event (which is required for the over 50 person capacity seating in the theatre). There will be no exceptions. Masks are mandatory in our theatre at all times. Please refer to the Province’s updates for the most recent information: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/vaccine/proof

For further information about COVID-19 safety measures at the Rotary Centre for the Arts, please refer to the Communicable Disease plans at https://rotarycentreforthearts.com/about/covid-19/
