About
For World Mental Health Day Our team wants to facilitate a
craft with our art programming volunteer to create glitter jars for emotional regulation.
These jars can be used for mindfulness and calming which we can then discuss the
impact of mental health and the reason mindfulness is necessary for healthy mental
health in everyday life.
