About
We are thrilled to welcome the extraordinary duo behind Sirocco Project to the Kamloops Museum and Archives! Brad Melnyk, a man of many guitars, brings a rich tapestry of musical experience, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Joining Brad is the multifaceted Lance Yamada, formerly known as Samurai Cowboy. A former disc jockey at Jack Daniels & Cactus and now the owner of Encore Music Productions, Lance is a master of world percussion, Latin, Taiko, Western acoustic drum kits, and vocals.
Brad and Lance will showcase their unique talents with some refreshing world instrumental music, sharing the stories behind the songs and the artists.
Brad will also demonstrate flamenco guitar and share tips on how you can get started yourself!
