Directions: Getting There: The closest bus stop is NB Boyd Diversion @ E 22 Ave. Limited street parking is available. We recommend walking, taking the bus, riding your bike, or carpooling when possible. The Colour-Me-Local Dye Garden is an unpaved grass garden located in the northwest corner of Renfrew Ravine Park, and wheelchairs may require assistance.

Wheelchair accessible and is a relaxed performance.
Washrooms are not available on site but can be found at the Renfrew Community Centre located 5 minutes away (~350 metres). There is limited seating available in the garden. Participants may bring a camping chair if they wish.

Join us for a cozy and creative afternoon in the garden filled with live music, soulful poetry, hands-on artistic activities, and warm community vibes.
✨ What to Expect:
Enjoy an intimate lineup of local musicians and poets performing in a lush garden setting.
Try your hand at needle-felting nature-inspired creations — think whimsical fungi, moss, lichen, and even slime molds! 🧵 Led by the talented Kick Off the Truck art collective, this wetland-themed workshop is perfect for beginners and creatives alike.
Admire beautiful textiles by the Still Moon Dyers’ Guild, on display throughout the space.
Sip on something warm and treat yourself to fresh pastries available for purchase. 🍵🥐
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
About the Workshop:
Express your appreciation of our wetlands through felting! Learn the basics of needle felting; take a stab, then take your project home or add your work to Kick Off The Truck's collaborative art installation to be displayed at the Moon Festival. All materials provided.
Recommended for ages 12+.
Featuring musical performances by Norine Braun with Alice Fraser, Mina Chan, Company, Vostok, Stanza Lune, and LittleFox. Poetry readings by Jennifer Getsinger and other local poets.
