About

Welcome to Museum Windsor’s online database. This is a perfect tool to explore the City of Windsor's heritage from the comfort of your own home.

This database currently includes items from both Museum Windsor and the Windsor Sculpture Park.

Please note: the searchable collections database is not complete. The objects available for viewing on the website are only part of the total collections. We are working to expand and improve electronic access.

Museum Windsor

Museum Windsor includes the Chimczuk Museum (our premiere museum destination), and the historic François Baby House.

The Chimczuk Museum features permanent and temporary exhibitions, the Original Peoples Culture & Legacy exhibit, a state-of-the-art Children’s Gallery, and a gift shop. Visit us for updated exhibits, programs, hours and admission information.

The François Baby House is designated as a National Historic Site of Canada, and now features permanent galleries on Windsor’s French Roots, the War of 1812, and the Battle of Windsor.

While both facilities are closed in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the collections are searchable in the Museum Windsor Online Database.
