About

The inspiration for this lesson is Jellybean Row in St.John’s, Newfoundland. Jellybean Row is a street in downtown St.John’s filled with brightly coloured houses. The folk tale behind this bright street is that sailors began to paint their houses in bright and beautiful colours. When coming back from being out at sea their colourful homes would pop through the grey fog that sits over the city, welcoming them back from the long journey!
