About

Learn how to craft and revise poetry and short fiction for submission to the WRL Emerging Writers Series, a series of anthologies published annually featuring young writers from the Greater Toronto Area. (Eligible participants must be between the ages of 13 and 19.) This year's anthology is called FAME FOR WHAT and will explore the nature of celebrity as well as its impact on society.

Workshops will be facilitated by Medina Faris, author and co-founder of Words, Rhymes & Life, a GTA-based literary arts organization committed to advancing arts education for a new generation of readers and writers.
