Join us for a morning of Guided meditation & Breathing exercises. Presented by 100 Seeds of Joy in partnership with Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network Halton. 18+
Relax and unwind during a unique morning of guided meditation with introductory elements to the subtle energy centers known as chakras.
Experience the benefits of breathwork and mental silence on our mental, emotional health and overall well-being.
Our presenter wraps up with Q & A session following some simple exercises to promote calmness and tranquility.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Chairs will be provided. Bring your yoga mat if that's your preference.
This free 100 Seeds Of Joy workshop is presented in partnership with the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network.
