About
Our founder Master Moy Lin Shin created a volunteer organization to help people achieve good health through the harmonious interaction of body, mind and spirit. We invite you to come and visit us to see this in action.
- Watch demonstrations of Taoist Tai Chi® arts inside and on our front lawn
- Join a 'try-it' session for an introduction to the movements of the set
- Take a tour of our beautiful 4000 square foot facility; see our lanterns and a variety of deities, and take your photo with our dragon
- Learn how Taoist arts can improve your balance, reduce stress, and cultivate stillness
- Before you leave, be sure to have some tea and cookies

Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism
Practicing the Taoist Tai Chi® arts develops a body that is strong, yet supple, balanced and energetic, a mind that is calm and clear, yet creative and dynamic, and a spirit that is light and peaceful, yet resilient. Taoist Tai Chi® arts involve deep stretching with a full range of motion and continuous turning of the spine. They exercise the whole physiology including muscular, skeletal, and circulatory systems, as well as tendons, joints, connective tissue and organs.
In addition, many practitioners have experienced pain relief through the Taoist arts. Pain can come in many forms, whether physical, mental or spiritual. Taoist Tai Chi® arts help people with chronic and serious problems, including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and brain injury, risk of falling, asthma, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, as well as the stresses of daily life.
