About

Tour thirteen Lake Country BC heritage sites with optional stops at local wineries and points of interest. Start at the District of Lake Country Municipal Building and work your way around Lake Country BC. The tour takes only one hour with no stops. Ensure you stop at the Lake Country Museum and Archives for background information, local history and a water break.

Admission is by donation, and the tour is free. Paper copies of the Heritage Driving Tour found on History Pin are available at the museum for $10. The Lake Country Museum and Archives, located at the shore of Lake Okanagan, houses artifacts, archival photographs, and collections from the District of Lake Country's earliest days. Visit the museum along the way and discover our history! OPEN Saturday 1 - 4 pm.
