Come out and join us for a Play IT UP! performance by local youth performing artists from the Okanagan Valley! Creative Okanagan and multiple creative entertainment industry personnel have teamed up to host a 7 session artist development program dedicated to developing performance skills in youth performers within the Okanagan valley. This performance is one of many that participants will participate in. The Play IT UP! program is an opportunity for artists to grow, and explore themselves and their performances outside of any post-secondary or traditional lessons. Among the facilitators for the program will be Creative Okanagan’s executive and creative director Karma Lacoff, front man to Kelowna’s local rock band The Carbon’s Tommy Thisdale, the Okanagan’s very own country star Ben Klick, and Erin Scott; a freelance producer, writer and performer in the arts and culture scene in Kelowna.

This event is free.
